Your Log Cabin will be delivered on a flat bed lorry. You will need 2 persons to help the driver unload your cabin from the lorry. Typicaly 20mins to unload. If you require a Hiab delivery (with a crane) - please call for a quote.
The Larsen Traditional Log Cabin is an attractive new log cabin style and this stylish design would be a great addition to any garden and provides ample space for a variety of uses, offering a practical place in which to relax, study, work or entertain. The Open space inside provides a great relaxing space or an ideal home office.

When comparing the market please take particular note to the windows and doors and the quality of our competitors. We do not skimp on quality and supply as standard "Tilt & Turn' windows with a 5 point locking system for security and added rubber weatherproof sealing for a perfect shut everytime.
Construction
The Traditional Larsen log cabin is constructed from 44mm top quality softwood with double tongue and groove joints and wind tight chalet-connections to the corners.
The door is made from laminated wood and is supplied with cylinder lock and handles. Both the door and window are glazed.
The Windows and doors are single glazed. The cabin has a slanting pent roof style roof and comes with free felt. If you choose to add shingles to the cabin you will need to lay the felt under the shingles to allow the water to run off the roof.
The cabin is delivered untreated offering you the opportunity to protect and decorate it to your own personal taste. Untreated buildings do naturally grey with age within around 12 months; therefore we recommend that you treat the cabin during construction with a high quality preservative and at regular intervals according to the preservative manufacturer's instructions.
The Log Cabin is delivered with temporary packaging to protect it during transportation. Although an outside product the wood should be treated or kept dry during the construction process. We recommend that any exposed timber is covered immediately after delivery to avoid any blue stain issues.
The base is constructed with pressure treated bearers for maximum durability and includes a FREE floor.

Base
The base is constructed with pressure treated bearers for maximum durability and includes a FREE floor. The cabin should be constructed on a firm level base whether that is solid sheet concrete, concrete slabs or tanalized bearers
*Deliveries to most parts of mainland UK are free of charge, however deliveries to certain remote areas may be subject to a surcharge.

If a refuge vehicle can gain access then generally our delivery lorry should be able to but if in doubt please get in touch with us. If you feel you may be located in such an area please call to check prior to ordering. You will be liable for any additional delivery charges if we are unable to access your property.
