The selling-price valuation must be reconfirmed at launch.

1. Promoter and contact

This promotion is operated by iLikeStores Limited, trading as iLikeSheds, an active company registered in England and Wales under number 09220253. Its registered office is 6–7 Edison Road, Elms Farm Industrial Estate, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK41 0HU. The website's public correspondence address is Unit 6, Edison Road, Elms Farm Industrial Estate, Bedford, MK41 0HU.

Competition enquiries and complaints: help@ilikestores.com; telephone 020 3795 0222. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

2. Who may enter

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are ordinarily resident in Great Britain and have, or can nominate, a qualifying delivery and installation address within the eligible mainland Great Britain service area specified in clause 8. A physical delivery address and a suitable base are required for the prize; a PO Box alone is insufficient. Age and qualifying delivery address may be checked before the prize is awarded.

Employees, directors, their immediate family or household members and individuals directly involved in administering, programming or auditing the draw are excluded. Entries made on behalf of another person without permission, by bots or through multiple identities are invalid.

3. Opening, closing and draw dates

The entry window will last 30 consecutive days. The exact start date/time, closing date/time, last date of posting, postal-arrival deadline and draw date/time (all in UK local time, specifying BST or GMT as appropriate) must appear both here and on the main competition page before the first entry is accepted. These dates are not yet fixed, because the entry system and merchant approval are not complete. The advertised closing date will not be extended because too few paid entries have been sold.

To allow normal delivery of free entries, mail posted during the stated 30-day entry period and received no later than seven calendar days after the online closing date will be considered, provided it bears evidence of posting within the entry window where needed. The draw will take place after the postal-arrival deadline and reconciliation of all eligible entries, on the fixed published draw date. Postal entries posted before the opening date are invalid.

4. Paid online entry

Once the draw opens, paid entries will be available solely through www.ilikesheds.com/win-a-shed/ at £2 for one or £5 for three, with no compulsory additional entry or booking fee. A valid payment, eligibility checks and an entry request received inside the promotion window are necessary. Successful purchases will receive a confirmation/reference by email; the final issued ticket number or numbers will be recorded in the same draw register as free entries. Competition transactions will use a dedicated competition checkout and separate competition payment/entry ledger, not the standard garden-building shopping basket or shed-sales order workflow. No shed will be despatched or stock deducted simply because someone purchases a draw entry.

The checkout will not open until the merchant acquirer/payment processor has approved the activity. Payment confirmation alone does not override the age, location, identity and overall entry limits. The terms and free route must be visible before checkout.

5. Free postal entry — no purchase necessary

The promotion will also offer a genuine free route with the same chance per valid entry of winning. During the official entry period, send a standard postcard or letter using ordinary first- or second-class post addressed to:

WIN A SHED – FREE ENTRY

iLikeStores Ltd
Unit 6, Edison Road
Elms Farm Industrial Estate
Bedford
MK41 0HU

Please do not post before the competition is open.

Include the competition name “Win a 10×8 Marlborough Timber Shed”, your full name, residential address and postcode, date of birth and at least one working contact method (email or telephone). Handwritten or typed entries are accepted. One requested entry per letter or postcard; you may submit further communications within the same 30-entry per-person total limit. No purchases, extra products, premium-rate calls, recorded delivery or special-delivery service are required. Only the usual ordinary postal charge applies. Do not enclose money, cheques or card details.

Each postal letter or postcard received within the specified window will be date-stamped, securely scanned into the iLikeSheds Manager competition register and given an incoming mail reference. The scan will be associated with the date received, date posted (where ascertainable), the recording staff member, the validity check, and the unique ticket number allocated to the entry. Staff will check that the image is legible and that it matches the entry recorded. A second authorised staff member will review any rejected or ambiguous entry before final rejection. The system will record corrections without silently overwriting the original scan or decision. Entries using the free route will be logged, checked and assigned an individual draw reference like paid entries. They are not allocated a different prize pool and will not have lower odds or different winner requirements. Free and paid routes will be advertised alongside each other. You can request confirmation of a received postal entry via the competition contact details.

6. Number of entries, duplicate requests and the 3,000 cap

There will be a maximum of 3,000 valid entries for this draw, counting both paid and postal entries together. We set a maximum of 30 valid entries per person across every method. Entering by both methods does not increase that limit. Multiple entries are permitted up to the limit, but each individual entry has the same single-entry probability of winning.

Entries are valid only if accepted, verified and recorded in the final register. A request to enter does not guarantee availability. The promoter must operate an auditable capacity/reconciliation procedure that does not unfairly crowd out eligible postal entries in transit. It will pause online sales in good time when approaching the cap and set aside sufficient capacity to process postal requests received within the advertised arrival period. Any paid entry charged but not accepted will be refunded in full to the original payment method; no unaccepted entry will be included in the draw. An entry cannot be sold more than once.

At the published close, Manager will reconcile every scanned postal submission against the incoming-mail log and the paid-entry transaction records. The audit will show submissions received, recorded, accepted, rejected (with reasons), refunded or voided, and any corrections, including the time and authorised user who made each decision. A separate reviewer will sign off the final register before it is frozen. Entries are reconciled without favouring paid or postal requests. Where the maximum is reached, further entries cannot be admitted. All remaining valid recorded entries will go into the draw. The register will be frozen and audited before drawing. This inventory handling must be implemented and tested before activation.

7. The prize and advertised value

There is one prize and one winner: a 10×8 ft (nominally 3.0×2.4 m) Marlborough Timber tongue-and-groove apex shed, proposed iLikeSheds catalogue product 39444, with double doors, three windows, standard professional assembly/installation and standard delivery to an eligible mainland Great Britain address.

The combined selling-price valuation checked on 23 October 2026 is £2,002.23 including VAT: shed £1,446.84 plus professional installation £555.39. Standard eligible delivery is free. Prices are reference selling prices, not cash or a higher manufacturer's RRP. No cash prize or discretionary percentage of ticket sales will replace the advertised prize. The shed will be awarded even if fewer than 3,000 entries are received and regardless of sales revenue.

If the exact shed model becomes unavailable for reasons genuinely outside the promoter's control, a reasonably equivalent or superior replacement will be offered, having regard to the winner's rights. Any replacement will include the same advertised installation and eligible delivery benefits.

8. Free delivery, service area, access and base

Standard UK mainland delivery and professional installation are included for an eligible winner without any additional compulsory charge. Delivery and installation require a serviceable address in mainland England, mainland Wales or the supplier's serviceable areas of mainland Scotland. The supplier's published exclusions currently cover BT (Northern Ireland), GY, JE, IM, ZE, KA, PA20 onward and PH19 onward, together with Scottish islands and other non-mainland islands, including the Isle of Wight. Postcodes otherwise serviced with ordinary commercial surcharges will not incur an extra charge for a qualifying winner; these costs are borne by the promoter.

The site must permit safe access for the delivery vehicle and for carrying the shed components through gates, side passages and turns to the installation location. The winner must provide a solid, stable, correctly sized and fully level prepared base, with sufficient assembly clearance, together with any planning permission or consents needed. Base construction, groundworks, electrics, painting, removal of existing structures, landscaping and other upgrades are not included.

The promoter will confirm the postcode and access requirements with entrants who ask before entering, and with the winner before scheduling installation. If the proposed site is unsuitable, the promoter will give reasonable opportunity to nominate a different eligible address with a suitable base. The final address/postcode checker and installation contractor's geographical service list must be confirmed before entries open; no participant will be asked to pay a surprise mandatory delivery or standard-installation charge to receive the advertised prize.

9. Transparent and verifiably random draw

Following the published postal-arrival deadline, all eligible paid competition-checkout entries and free scanned postal entries will be combined into a single locked competition entry register, separate from retail shed orders, with one unique identifier per entry. The promoter will record the total count, timestamp and a cryptographic fingerprint of the final register and maintain a verifiable log of the draw. For each free postal entry, the corresponding scanned original, recorded receipt details, validation history and ticket reference will be cross-referenced so an auditor can confirm it is in the frozen register. The winner-selection process receives valid ticket identifiers from one combined register without using the paid/free route to influence the selection. One winning identifier will be selected from actual valid entries only, using a verifiably random and auditable computer process. If such a system is not used, the selection will take place under the supervision of an independent person in line with CAP Code rule 8.24.

The prize draw may be recorded or livestreamed, but recording is not a substitute for auditable random selection. Identifying entrant details will not be exposed in a public ticket list or broadcast.

10. Winner notification, verification and results

The provisional winner will be contacted at the email address and/or phone number given with their entry, within three working days of the draw. Reasonable repeated attempts will be made over 14 calendar days. The winner must confirm they wish to claim the prize and provide age, identity and eligible address verification reasonably needed to fulfil it. We will not demand payment to claim.

If the provisional winner is found ineligible, declines the prize or cannot be contacted despite reasonable documented attempts, a reserve winner may be selected at random from the remaining valid entries using the same auditable method. The promoter will keep evidence of selection, contact attempts, winner verification and prize award.

Information demonstrating that a valid award took place, ordinarily the winner's surname and county, may be published or made available on reasonable request in line with CAP Code rule 8.28.5. Entrants may object to publication or ask for reduced identification by contacting help@ilikestores.com; the promoter may still be required to provide evidence privately to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. No full residential address, telephone number or email address will be made public. Any photographs or promotional interview will be by separately requested permission.

11. Prize fulfilment and delivery times

The promoter will contact the verified winner to agree the delivery, installation location and practical access requirements promptly. The goal is to award and install the shed within 30 days of accepting the winner's claim where the base, access and supplier availability permit. Because a garden building may be made to order, a longer schedule may occasionally be necessary; where it is, the promoter will explain the reason and agree a reasonable delivery date. An outside delivery deadline, expressed as an actual calendar date, will be published with the fixed draw date before launch where fulfilment is expected to take longer than 30 days.

If the winner must prepare a base or obtain an access arrangement, the promoter will make reasonable allowance for that work and communicate clearly. The promoter will not withhold the prize simply because ticket sales are lower than forecast. Nothing in these terms restricts legal rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

12. Privacy, entrant data and marketing

iLikeStores Limited is the data controller. Information such as name, date of birth, contact details, postal address, entry references, payment status, fraud-prevention records and claim/delivery details will be used only as necessary to administer the promotion and comply with applicable law. Free postal entries will be scanned into a restricted-access electronic record, which may include a copy of the correspondence and envelope/postmark where needed to establish posting time. The promoter will record who scans, views, validates or amends entry records and keep an auditable correction history. Unnecessary information will be minimised, and full entry scans will not be available to the public or used for marketing. Information may be shared with approved payment, hosting, verification and fulfilment providers, with appropriate protections.

Promotional emails and texts are not a condition of entering. Marketing choices must be separate, optional and compliant with UK privacy and electronic marketing rules. Entrants may exercise applicable data protection rights through help@ilikestores.com. See the competition privacy notice and website privacy policy.

13. Payment disputes, fraud and refunds

Paid draw entries will have distinct competition reference numbers, payment receipts, accounting classification, reconciliation and refund/dispute records. They will not be represented as normal iLikeSheds product orders or counted in garden-building unit sales. Paid transactions will be processed only after the acquiring bank and gateway authorise this competition activity. Where a payment is rejected, unauthorised, duplicated or improperly taken, the promoter will investigate and provide any refund required by law and the published rules. Payments do not by themselves guarantee eligibility. Customers retain the right to contact their card issuer and raise a legitimate dispute or chargeback.

Reasonably evidenced fraud, unlawful automation, false identities, invalid age or address information, duplicated entry references and payments that were never successfully collected may lead to exclusion, subject to fair investigation. Refunds that are due will normally be made to the original payment method. If an accepted entry has already been included in the final draw, an administrative dispute does not automatically deprive a consumer of their rights.

14. Questions, complaints and dispute resolution

Email help@ilikestores.com with the subject “Win a Shed – Complaint”, including your entry reference where available. The promoter will acknowledge complaints within five working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 working days, with updates for more complex matters. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to a senior manager who was not responsible for the original decision. Consumer rights, data protection complaints to the ICO and submissions to the ASA remain unaffected.

For concerns about excessive spending or participation, entrants may ask the promoter to stop marketing and block future paid participation. A six-month voluntary exclusion option and proportionate spending safeguards will be put in place before activation.

15. Running the promotion fairly

The promoter will provide the stated prize even if sales fall below expectations. The entry deadline and announced draw date will not be changed merely to generate more revenue. A truly exceptional event beyond reasonable control may require alteration, suspension or cancellation only where permitted by law and the CAP Code, with prompt transparent communication and appropriate refunds or equivalent remedies for affected participants.

All reasonable measures will be taken to keep the computer register accurate, prevent duplicate entries and administer the two entry routes impartially. Any material technical problem will be investigated with an audit trail. Terms will not be altered to entrants' disadvantage after the promotion starts. Information in promotional advertisements should be read with these full terms, which will remain freely accessible throughout the entry period and afterwards for a reasonable time.

16. Legal rights and status of these rules

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory consumer protections applicable elsewhere in the UK. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Important pre-launch status: This document is the comprehensive operational draft, not evidence that paid entries or the draw have begun. Before the promoter can accept entries, it must insert and approve the exact dated opening, closing, postal receipt and draw schedule; validate postcode and installation eligibility; implement and test the shared paid-and-postal entry register, postal scanning, quality checks, audit log and capacity management; secure written merchant approval; verify the current advertised prize value; and obtain appropriate UK promotions-law sign-off. The published launch version should be archived with its date and not retrospectively altered.

Official regulatory information: Gambling Commission – free draws and prize competitions and CAP Code Section 8. These bodies have not approved or endorsed this promotion.
