It is commonly used for framing, roofing, and general construction work where consistent performance is required. The timber is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content, helping to improve dimensional stability and minimise movement such as twisting, shrinking, or cracking after installation. Each length is treated to provide protection against fungal decay and insect attack and is classified to Use Class 3 (UC3), suitable for above-ground use where exposure to moisture may occur. The timber is Chain of Custody certified, confirming it has been responsibly sourced from sustainably managed Scandinavian forests. It is stored indoors prior to dispatch to maintain quality and supplied ready for use on site.
