Website Sales and Display Site Sales Agent – Inbound Sales calls. No Cold Calling £7.50 p/h + Monthly Sales Bonus
We are looking for a Website Sales Agent / Telesales Representative /Customer Service Agent to join the iLike Group. All inbound sales calls from our websites. No Cold Calling. You will be friendly, enthusiastic with experience in customer service and IT Literate. The role is office based taking incoming calls (no cold calling) – taking orders over the phone, processing orders, online chat – dealing with customer queries, delivery queries, problem solving any issues with orders. In addition there will be product building and editing listings across all our sites. We are based at Elm Farm Industrial Estate, Bedford, MK41 so you will need to be able to commute to work. Hours 8.30am – 5pm (with 1 hour lunch) Mon-Fri. The iLike Group run a number of online website predominantly selling Garden Buildings online with delivery across the whole of the UK. During the peak period we are selling 100 sheds a day – so the day can be very busy! You must have strong IT Skills. This is a permanent position (Part Time available Sat 9am - 5pm - Sun 10am - 5pm) with full training - start date: immediate. £7.50 p/h (£14,625 p.a) + Monthly Sales Bonus.
